Every sauna and spa that leaves our workshop is checked to ensure it is in complete working order. For nothing should stop you from relaxing.

If something were to malfunction, however, the following tricks may just help ease the tension and have you relaxing again in no time at all. Should the problem persist, you can reach us directly by submitting a service request or by calling +41 44 725 0572 | Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Every time I switch on the unit the fuse (CB) trips.

I can no longer switch on and/or operate the controller or touch panel.

Switch off the fuse for the sauna in the fuse box for 10 seconds. Note: it is possible that the sauna is connected to more than one fuse. To check whether this is the case, refer to the fuse box diagram.

The controller is displaying an error message.

The sauna is taking forever to reach the desired temperature.

The sauna should reach the desired temperature within around 40 minutes. Please make sure that ECO mode (on the A12 controller) is deactivated and that all fuses are switched on in the fuse box. If the fuses trip as soon as you switch on the sauna, please contact our service department. You can contact us directly by submitting an online service report.

The light isn’t working.

If possible, change the bulb or light source.

The water bath is only bubbling slightly or failing to reach the desired humidity.

Please check whether the dry-run protection on the heater is still working. Behind the heater you will find a removable black cap. Underneath this is a red or white pin which can be pushed in using a thin screwdriver. If you hear a click, then the fuse had actually fallen out and you have just put it back in place. The hotplate should now heat up. Note: please allow the heater to cool before proceeding. Make sure that the fuse is switched on in the fuse box.

• Please remove the water container and check for any damages and make sure that the base isn’t warped. Performance can be hugely impaired if the base of the container is uneven.

The stones are white and cracked.

Due to being constantly heated and cooled, sauna stones are subjected to a great deal of wear and tear and must therefore be cleaned and re-stacked every few months depending on how often they are used. If subjected to excessive wear and tear, we recommend replacing the stones altogether. New sauna stones can be ordered from our online shop or replaced by our service team. The actual temperature exceeds the set temperature by more than 15°C.
